The Uganda Cranes U-23 put on a dominant display at Mandela National Stadium, Namboole, thrashing Ethiopia 3-0 in the second leg (5-1 aggregate) to qualify for the 2026 AFCON U-23 tournament in Morocco.
Goals from Travis Mutyaba (12'), Rogers Mato (53') and Allan Okello (78') sealed the win in front of 18,000 supporters. Head coach Jackson Magera praised his squad's tactical discipline.
