Mega FM turns 10 this March and the station is pulling out all the stops — a star-studded all-night concert dubbed "Mega at 10: The Decade Show" takes over Kampala Serena Hotel on Saturday 14 March 2026, with performances from Bebe Cool, Lydia Jazmine, Rabadaba, Irene Ntale and a surprise guest rumoured to be flying in from Nairobi.

"Ten years ago we started with a dream to give Uganda a sound it could call its own," said Mega FM Station Manager Grace Namutebi at a press conference on Thursday. "Tonight we celebrate with the artists and listeners who made us what we are."

The concert begins at 8pm and runs through to 6am, with a live broadcast on 98.8 FM and streaming on the Mega FM app. Tickets are priced at UGX 50,000 (standard) and UGX 150,000 (VIP table) and are available at all Stanbic Uganda branches and on the Mega FM website.

The station has grown from a single 500-watt transmitter to a national network covering 18 districts, with a weekly listenership of over 2.4 million.
