The Northern Uganda Agricultural Trade Fair 2026 opens at Gulu Showgrounds for a three-day run from Thursday to Saturday. Over 120 exhibitors from Gulu, Kitgum, Pader, Agago, Amuru and Nwoya districts will showcase farm produce, agro-inputs, farm machinery and irrigation equipment.
Key highlights include a live demonstration plot, free soil testing for smallholder farmers, and daily panel discussions on improving maize, beans and simsim yields in the dry season. Buyers from Kampala commodity markets will be present on all three days.
Admission is free. NAADS, the Ministry of Agriculture and Mega FM are co-sponsors of this year's fair.
Delivery trucks are requested to use the Gulu Showgrounds rear gate off Alokolum Road to avoid congestion on the main Awere Road entrance.
